Yield: 4
- - 4 bone-in pork chops about 1-inch thick
- - 1 cup all-purpose flour
- - 2 teaspoons salt
- - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- - 1 teaspoon paprika
- - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - 2 eggs
- - 1/4 cup milk
- - 2 cups breadcrumbs or panko
- - Vegetable oil for frying
In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat a large skillet with enough vegetable oil to come halfway up the sides of the pork chops over medium-high heat.
Fry the pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels before serving.
