For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
For the filling:
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 24 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
For the topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed vanilla wafers for garnish
- Sliced bananas for garnish
For the filling:
Beat mashed bananas, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
