Materials

  • 1 8-oz tube crescent dough sheet , or original crescent roll
  • cooking spray for pan
  • flour for dusting
  • 1 8-oz wheel of brie
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Plum Jam raspberry, strawberry or fig jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a tiny muffin tray with cooking spray.
  • Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface; if using roll dough, crimp the seams together. Cut the dough into 24 squares. Fill muffin tin slots with squares.
  • Place the brie in tiny pieces into the crescent dough.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon jam and 1/2 teaspoon chopped pecans.
  • 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescent pastry is golden. Serve hot.
