Baked Brie Bites (Crescent Rolls)

- 1 8-oz tube crescent dough sheet , or original crescent roll
- cooking spray for pan
- flour for dusting
- 1 8-oz wheel of brie
- 1/4 cup Sugar Plum Jam raspberry, strawberry or fig jam
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a tiny muffin tray with cooking spray.
Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface; if using roll dough, crimp the seams together. Cut the dough into 24 squares. Fill muffin tin slots with squares.
Place the brie in tiny pieces into the crescent dough.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon jam and 1/2 teaspoon chopped pecans.
12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescent pastry is golden. Serve hot.
