Materials

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • - 2 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 lemon sliced for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the lemon butter mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
