For the Cake:

- - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- - 1 cup brown sugar packed
- - 3 large eggs
- - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - 1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas about 3 large bananas

- - 1 cup chopped pecans
For the Caramel Frosting:

- - 2 cups packed light brown sugar

Prepare the Cake:
