Materials

  • - 1 pound sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • - 4 large eggs
  • - 4 tablespoons butter
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant but not burned.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the eggs to your preference.
  • Serve the steak bites with the fried eggs on top, garnished with chopped parsley.
