Cheddar Bay Stuffed Biscuit

Materials

  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Crab:
  • 1 pound lump crab meat be sure it is fully cooked
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ + cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Make the biscuit mix according to the package directions, and leave aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, then coat two muffin pans with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, mix crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crumbled crackers.
  • Stir to mix well, adding extra mayonnaise as required.
  • Using a scoop, pour some biscuit mixture on your flour-dusted hand. Form a cup kind of biscuit.
  • Place a spoonful of crab mix in the bowl section of the biscuit.
  • Cover the biscuit with some additional biscuit dough.
  • Continue until you've used all of the dough.
  • Place each biscuit in a muffin tin.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes.
  • Brush with a mixture of melted butter and 1 tsp of lemon juice
