Materials

  • 12 slider buns
  • - 6 large eggs
  • - 1/2 lb sausage cooked and crumbled
  • - 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • - 1/4 cup milk
  • - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the buns, followed by the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder together and brush over the top of the buns.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
