Materials

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Season the diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
