Materials

  • - 2 packages of milk cookies
  • - 1 can of condensed milk approximately 395g
  • - 2 jars of 300g heavy cream
  • - 2 90g tablets of semi-sweet dark chocolate
  • - 1 box 200ml of heavy cream

Instructions

Prepare the Cream:

  • - In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and heavy cream until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Set aside.

Assemble the Layers:

  • - On a serving plate or dish, spread a layer of the condensed milk and cream mixture.
  • - Soak the milk cookies in milk briefly and place them on top of the cream layer.
  • - Repeat the process, alternating between layers of cream and milk-soaked cookies, until you reach the top, ending with a layer of cream.

Prepare the Ganache:

  • - In a double boiler (bain-marie), melt the semi-sweet dark chocolate tablets.
  • - Once completely melted, add the heavy cream and stir until smooth and well combined.

Finish the Dessert:

  • - Pour the ganache over the top layer of cream.
  • - Optionally, decorate with chocolate chips or shavings.

Chill:
