- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
In a 2 quart baking dish with a cover, combine cranberries and sugar, stirring well to coat all of the berries.
Cover and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cranberries explode and release their juice.
After baking, remove from the oven and toss in the apricot jam and pecans.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature before serving, and then pour the dip over the block of cream cheese on a serving plate.
