Materials

  • 1-2 English cucumbers
  • 5 oz tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut cucumbers in half. Scoop out the cucumber seeds with a tiny spoon to form a boat.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients (excluding salt) and well mix. Adjust the salt to taste, as the salinity of tuna and mayo varies.
  • After filling the cucumber boats with tuna salad, serve!

Notes

Replacements
  • Onion: Swap the red with a yellow or white onion.
