- 1-2 English cucumbers
- 5 oz tuna drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red onion diced
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt to taste

Cut cucumbers in half. Scoop out the cucumber seeds with a tiny spoon to form a boat.
