I made these Easy & Cheesy Ranch Baked Potatoes for dinner today, and they were a huge success! Perfectly crispy on the exterior and bursting with flavor on the inside!

Materials

  • - 4 large russet potatoes
  • - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
  • - 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry, then prick several times with a fork.
  • Rub each potato with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tender.
  • Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the sides to open slightly.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing inside each potato, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
  • Return potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
