I made these Easy & Cheesy Ranch Baked Potatoes for dinner today, and they were a huge success! Perfectly crispy on the exterior and bursting with flavor on the inside!
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry, then prick several times with a fork.
3. Rub each potato with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tender.
5. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the sides to open slightly.
6. Drizzle ranch dressing inside each potato, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
7. Return potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
