  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned in juice
  • 1 cup diced mango

  • Pomegranate seeds for a festive touch
  • Optional Honey-Citrus Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest optional

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly, especially grapes and any berries.
  • Slice the bananas, dice the mango and pineapple (if using fresh), and segment the mandarins.
  • Remove any seeds or skin from citrus, mango, or pineapple as needed.

Step 2: Combine in a Bowl

  • In a large bowl, gently combine all the fruits.
  • Mix carefully to avoid bruising softer fruits like bananas or berries.

Step 3: Add the Dressing (Optional)

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and orange zest.
  • Drizzle over the fruit and toss lightly to coat.
  • > Tip: If your fruit is sweet and ripe, you may not need any dressing at all.

Step 4: Chill or Serve

  • Serve immediately at room temperature, or cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving for an even more refreshing experience.
