- - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- - 5 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- - 1/2 cup chicken broth
- - Juice of 1 lemon
- - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
