Materials

  • - 1 lb shrimp deveined and peeled
  • - 2 green onions chopped
  • - 1 piece of ginger minced
  • - 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • - 1 tablespoon chili powder 🌶️
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 4 tablespoons butter 🧈
  • - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 dried chili crushed
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp:
