Materials

  • - 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • - 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they're completely covered. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
