- For the Cake:
- - 2 eggs
- - 100 g sugar
- - 1 pack of vanilla approximately 2 teaspoons
- - 1/2 cup yogurt 100 ml
- - 1/2 cup milk 100 ml
- - 1 tea glass of oil approximately 100 ml
- - A pinch of salt
- - 2 cups flour 200 ml water glass size
- - 1 pack baking powder approximately 2 teaspoons
- - 50 g raisins
Prepare the Batter:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a cake mold thoroughly with solid oil.
- In a suitable mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the yogurt, milk, and oil to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture and fold gently to combine.
- Add the raisins and continue mixing until evenly distributed.
Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake mold, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the mold for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Add the Toppings:
- Once the cake has cooled, spread a layer of your favorite jam over the top.
