  • - 1/2 cup honey
  • - 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Ribs:

  • - Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • - Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still attached.
  • - Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Make the Marinade:

  • - In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper.

Marinate the Ribs:

  • - Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the ribs.
  • - Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

Bake the Ribs:

  • - With the ribs still covered in foil, bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  • - Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
  • - Brush the ribs with more marinade and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

Serve:

  • - Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting them into individual pieces.
  • - Serve hot and enjoy!
