Honey Garlic Wings
I just made a batch of these amazing honey garlic wings! A perfect blend of sweet and salty.

- - 2 lbs chicken wings
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - 1/2 cup flour for coating
- - 1/4 cup butter
- - 4 cloves garlic minced
- - 1/2 cup honey
- - 1/4 cup soy sauce
- - 2 tablespoons ginger grated
- - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- - 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional
- - Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200° C). Season the chicken wings with salt & pepper, then gently dredge them in flour.
Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
While the wings bake, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
Add the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes (if desired). Bring to a simmer and let the sauce to thicken slightly.
Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until evenly covered.
Just before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
