Materials

  • - 2 lbs chicken wings split at joints, tips removed
  • - 1/4 cup honey
  • - 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust based on spice preference
  • - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they're completely dry.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the wings in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the wings with the hot honey mixture, ensuring each wing is well coated.
  • Serve immediately with extra hot honey sauce on the side for dipping.
