Season the steaks and shrimp with the jerk seasoning.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, then set aside and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the yellow rice, turmeric, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
In another skillet, sauté the green bell pepper, onion, and garlic until soft and translucent.
Once the rice is done, fluff with a fork and mix in the sautéed vegetables.
Slice the steak against the grain. Serve the steak slices and shrimp over the yellow rice.
