Materials

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 garlic clove sliced thin (more to taste)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Lay flat on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 15-17 minutes, or until the broccoli is soft and browned around the edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden.
  • Serve with fresh lemon juice.
