- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cups broccoli
- 1 garlic clove sliced thin (more to taste)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Lay flat on a baking sheet.
Roast for 15-17 minutes, or until the broccoli is soft and browned around the edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden.
