Materials

  • 3 potatoes
  • Water
  • 1 onion
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 pepper
  • 100 grams of cheese 3.5 oz
  • Spring onions
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 ml milk / 2 cups 17 fl.oz
  • 200 grams flour / 11 tablespoons 7 oz.
  • 2 tablespoons potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Peel three potatoes and cook them in water until done.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • Slice one onion and cook in sunflower oil till translucent.
  • Add one sliced pepper to the pan and cook.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Beat two eggs with salt and 1/2 tbsp sugar.
  • Add 500 ml milk and 200 g flour to the egg mixture and stir thoroughly.
  • Heat sunflower oil in a pan and pour a tiny amount of batter to produce thin pancakes.
  • Fry the pancakes until golden brown on each side.
  • Serve the pancakes with the mashed potatoes, fried onions and peppers, and sprinkle with 100g of cheese and chopped spring onions.
  • Optional: sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake in the oven with a small amount of butter
