  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
