- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pour the heavy cream, milk, and cocoa powder into the slow cooker and stir until smooth.
Stir in the salt and chocolate chips after adding them.
Simmer for one to two hours on low.
Mix well until all of the chocolate chunks have melted.
Mix in the vanilla essence, stir thoroughly, and serve right away.
If serving throughout the party, keep warm and covered; mix before serving each time.
