Instructions

  • **Brown the Chicken Livers:**
  • - Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • - Add the chicken livers and brown them for about 3 minutes.
  • - Transfer the browned livers to a plate and set aside.
  • **Prepare the Sauce:**
  • - In the same pan, add the chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • - Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  • - Stir in the sundried tomatoes, paprika, ground cumin, seven colours grill seasoning, chilli flakes, and mixed herbs.
  • - Pour in the fresh cream and let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.

  • - Return the browned chicken livers to the pan.
  • - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • - Cook everything together for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the livers to cook through.
