  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 red bell pepper diced
  • - 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • - 2 cups fish broth no alcohol
  • - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste
  • - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • - Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Sauté Aromatics:

Build the Broth:

  • - Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juice), fish broth, and tomato paste. Add the red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Cook the Seafood:

  • - Add the mixed seafood to the simmering broth. Cook gently for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and tender.

Season and Finish:

  • - Season the stew with salt and black pepper to taste. Just before serving, stir in the lemon juice and chopped fresh parsley.

Serve:

  • - Serve the stew hot, ideally with crusty bread to soak up the flavorful broth or over a bed of rice.
