Materials

  • - 2 cucumbers
  • - 3 tomatoes
  • - 1 jalapeño chilli pepper
  • - 1/2 red onion or 1 small red onion
  • - Bunch of cilantro coriander, chopped
  • - 1 can of corn
  • - 1 lime juiced
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 can of tuna
  • - 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables:

  • - Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat if desired), and red onion into small, uniform pieces. Chop the cilantro finely.

Mix the Salad:

  • - In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, jalapeño, red onion, chopped cilantro, and drained corn.

Prepare the Dressing:

  • - In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Combine with Tuna:

  • - Add the drained tuna to the vegetable mixture in the large bowl.

Add Dressing and Mayo:

  • - Pour the lime dressing over the tuna and vegetables. Add mayonnaise and gently toss everything together until well combined.

Adjust Seasoning:
