a Stack
Step 1: Prepare the Meat Layers
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs (if using), and seasonings.
Divide the meat mixture into 3 or 4 equal parts.
Shape each portion into a large, flat round patty—about the same size as your pizza crust or tortillas.
Cook the patties in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes per side. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2: Assemble the Stack
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a baking sheet or oven-safe dish, place the first pizza crust or tortilla.
Layer as follows:
Crust
Beef patty
Pizza sauce
Cheese
Pickles, onions, bacon (if using)
Repeat for each layer. Top the final crust with sauce, more cheese, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Step 3: Bake
Bake the entire stack in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Once baked, let the stack rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard, sprinkle extra pickles and onions if desired, then slice like a pizza and serve!
