Materials

  • - 4 sirloin steaks about 6 oz each
  • - 20 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • - 1 cup macaroni pasta
  • - 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • - 1 cup yellow rice
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 1 garlic clove minced
  • - 1/2 cup milk
  • - 1 tablespoon butter
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Steaks and Shrimp

  • - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes per side (or to desired doneness).
  • - In the same skillet, add the shrimp and minced garlic. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

Mac & Cheese

  • - Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
  • - Add butter, milk, and shredded cheese to the pasta, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Yellow Rice

  • - Prepare yellow rice according to package instructions.

Assembly

  • - Plate the yellow rice and place the sirloin steak and shrimp on top. Serve the mac & cheese on the side.
  • - Garnish with fresh parsley.
