- - 2 pounds baby potatoes halved
- - 1 pound sausage sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - 1 teaspoon onion powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - 1/4 cup green onions chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
