Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Materials

  • 1 can 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the tip and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

Serve with a side of ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the chicken mixture.
