Materials

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, baked until well cooked

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and set it aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

  • After the chicken is completely cooked through, shred it using two forks.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and taco seasoning until well combined.
  • Stir the shredded chicken into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly coated.

Step 3: Warm the Tortillas

  • Place the corn tortillas in the hot oiled skillet for just a few seconds to heat up. Remove the tortillas and set them aside, repeating with the remaining tortillas.

Step 4: Assemble and Bake

  • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Put a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll it up.
  • Place each rolled corn tortilla on the baking sheet.

Step 5: Bake and Add Cheese

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet, sprinkle the tortillas with the Fiesta cheese mixture, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.

Step 6: Serve

  • Remove the tortillas from the oven. Arrange the tortillas on a serving plate lengthwise in the shape of a circle, leaving the middle open.
  • In the middle, place a bowl filled with diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
  • Add a layer of shredded lettuce around the tortillas if desired.

Step 7: Enjoy

  • Serve with your choice of toppings such as lettuce, onion, chopped tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
