**Prepare the Chicken Wings:** In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
**Cook the Ground Beef:** In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
**Mix the Ricotta Layer:** In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Set aside.
**Assemble the Lasagna:** Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with 3 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the remaining meat sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
**Bake:** Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and browned.
