Ingredients:

– 4 large eggs

– 1/4 cup milk

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 4 slices bacon

– 2 large potatoes, diced

– 1/2 onion, chopped

– 1 cup waffle batter (prepared from your favorite mix)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
