Hot Fudgey Brownie Bread

Ingredients

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

– 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

3. Stir in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Fold in chocolate chips.

5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread hot fudge sauce over the batter, then top with the remaining batter.

6. Use a knife to swirl the hot fudge sauce into the batter.

7. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
