**Ingredients:**
– 1 cup diced onions
– 3/4 cup milk
– 2 eggs
– 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
– 1/2 cup ketchup
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
**Directions:**
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onions, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, and crushed crackers until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this mixture over the meatloaf.
5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
