**Ingredients:**
– 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 2 jalapeños, deseeded and sliced
– 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
**Directions:**
1. Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each bread slice.
2. On four slices of bread, layer the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sliced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
5. Place a sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, adding butter as needed.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
