Ingredients:
• 6 Slices Bologna
• 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
• 2 Thick slices of tomato
• 2 Slices cheddar cheese
• Cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Layer Mayo on Bread:
• Spread 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
2. Add Tomato Slices:
• Place a slice of tomato on top of the mayo-covered slices of bread.
3. Cheese Layer:
• Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the tomato slices.
4. Preheat Skillet:
• Heat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and generously spray with cooking spray.
5. Prepare Bologna:
• Slice an “X” through the center of each piece of bologna.
• Place bologna slices into the skillet.
6. Fry Bologna:
• Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
7. Assemble Sandwiches:
• Remove the cooked bologna from the skillet and place three slices on each sandwich.
8. Top and Serve:
• Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread.
