Ingredients:

For the Dough:
  • 400 g (3¼ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
  • 1 cup lukewarm milk
  • 5 g (1 tsp) salt
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 55 g (1/4 cup) butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 g (1 tbsp) minced garlic
For the Garlic Butter:
  • 55 g (1/3 cup) salted butter, melted
  • 8 g (1 tbsp) minced garlic
  • 1 g (2 tsp) dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
  • Add the lukewarm milk and egg to the dry ingredients.
  • Knead the dough with a mixer for 5 minutes. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • After resting, add the softened butter and minced garlic. Continue to knead until the dough becomes elastic.
  1. First Rise:
  • Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  1. Shape the Dough:
  • Transfer the dough to a work surface and shape it into a square.
  • Divide the dough into 25 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Tuck in the edges of each dough ball and place them in a greased mold. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  1. Prepare Garlic Butter:
  • In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried parsley, and melted butter. Mix well.
  1. Bake:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush the tops of the risen rolls with the garlic butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  • When the rolls are still warm, brush them with a little more garlic butter.
  1. Serve:
  • Serve the garlic buns warm and enjoy!
