**Ingredients:**
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
**Directions:**
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
