Ingredients:

– 4 boneless pork chops

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

– 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Rub this mixture on both sides of the pork chops.

3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops to the skillet.

5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

6. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
