Caramelized Cinnamon Bananas

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Butter for pan-frying

Directions:

Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

In a small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.

Once the butter has melted, add the banana slices in a single layer.

Fry for 1-2 minutes or until the bottom of the bananas are golden brown.

Flip the banana slices, and drizzle the honey mixture over them.

Fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring the bananas are caramelized and the honey has formed a glaze.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
