Steak & shrimp loaded baked potato

This Loaded Steak Baked Potato dish combines steak, garlic butter, cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and bacon, making it ideal for using up leftover meat. The fluffy potato coated in all this pleasure makes for a filling meal or lunch. Pair with a salad to balance off the richness of this loaded baked potato with steak dish.

Potatoes:

Oven to 450 degrees. Season jumbo baking potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and cook for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes until fork tender. Cut center of potato open.

Steak:

Cut steak in bite sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little chili powder. Cook on each side about 1 minute over medium high heat in a cast iron skillet with a little oil.

Shrimp:

Tail off. Deveined. Season with olive oil and some Ashley’s Seafood Secret. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes on each side until they make a nice c shape over medium high heat with a little oil.

Veggies:

Sauté veggies 5-7 minutes until tender over medium high heat with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder

Cheese sauce:

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese fresh shredded

1 tbsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp Italian herbs

Heat cream over medium heat and once bubbling add cheese and seasonings.

Layer everything on potato and enjoy!
