**Ingredients:**
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
– 3 tablespoons minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 4 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), about 1-inch thick
**Directions:**
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, black pepper, honey, rosemary, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
2. Place the steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure each steak is well coated.
3. Seal or cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
5. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
