– 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef steak

– 1 cup bread crumbs

– 1 egg
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon mustard
