Slow Cooked Beef Tips

Ingredients:

– 2 lbs beef tips

– 1 onion, chopped

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 cups beef broth

– 1 cup red wine (optional)

– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

– 1 tablespoon soy sauce

– 1 teaspoon thyme

– 1 teaspoon rosemary

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons cornstarch

– 2 tablespoons water

Directions:

1. Place beef tips in the slow cooker.

2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, red wine (if using), Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.

4. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Stir into the slow cooker and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes or until the gravy thickens.

5. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite starch.
