Ingredients:
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup ketchup
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until just combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to create the glaze.
5. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf before baking.
6. Bake for 1 hour, then spread the remaining glaze over the top and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
